We want our participants to be enthused when it comes to learning about themselves, their individuality, and how they can use their strengths to achieve their potential.

Those with differing abilities have so much to offer the world!  We pride our business on helping them reach their future goals, including skills to help them gain meaningful employment.

Self-esteem plays a huge part in our ability to feel purposed.  Individuals with special needs entrust their authenticity to us, it is only equitable that those who live out HERD's aim demonstrate awareness of that.
